Couples Therapy
in California
Virtual couples therapy in California and in person in Vacaville — for couples ready to find their way back to each other or toward a new kind of clarity.
Therapy for couples who want more
You love each other. That's not the question.
Maybe you've become a good team as co-parents, roommates, or logistical partners. But somewhere along the way, you stopped being lovers.
Or maybe you are in a solid place and simply want more connection, intimacy, and presence with each other.
Couples therapy can help you find your way back to each other. Or go deeper into what you've already created.
A space to rediscover each other & your connection
WORK WITH ME
This work is depth-oriented, somatic, and trauma-informed. We don't just talk about your communication patterns or conflict styles. We go beneath the surface to explore what each of you is actually carrying and what you need to feel more connected.
I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based approaches, and somatic work to help couples move beyond patterns that have kept you stuck and back into genuine connection.
Virtual couples therapy is available throughout California via a secure telehealth platform. In-person couples therapy is available in Vacaville, CA, and surrounding areas to include Sacramento.
HOW COUPLES THERAPY WORKS
We'll start with a vibe check
The first step is a free 10-minute consultation. This is a chance for both of you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and decide together if this feels like the right fit.
01
We'll go beneath the surface
In our sessions, we'll get curious about what's actually happening in your relationship. We work with what each of you is carrying to move toward deeper understanding and connection.
02
We'll move at a pace that honors you both
Couples therapy isn’t a quick fix, and we don't treat it like one. Some things take time to surface and shift, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for both of you.

COUPLES THERAPY FAQs
You’ve got questions. I’ve got answers.

Virtual couples therapy works just like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own home. We meet via a secure telehealth platform — both partners join from the same location or separately from wherever you are in California. Many couples find that the convenience of virtual sessions makes it easier to show up consistently, which is one of the most important factors in good therapy.

Couples therapy is a good fit when something has shifted in your relationship. Whether you're navigating distance, conflict, intimacy, a major life transition, or wondering if you're still right for each other, this space can support you. Therapy can also be beneficial for couples who are in a good place and want to explore a deeper connection.
I work with couples seeking virtual couples therapy throughout California and provide in-person couples counseling in Vacaville and surrounding areas.

Both partners need to be willing to show up, but you don’t have to feel equally certain. It's common for one person to be more hesitant than the other. What matters most is that both of you are open to the process. If one partner is strongly resistant, we can discuss on our consult call about whether or not the timing is right.
-
Weekly sessions tend to work best for couples, especially early in the process. Consistent work builds the trust and momentum needed for progress. We'll talk through scheduling during our consult call to find a frequency and time that works for you.

Couples therapy is self-pay and is priced at $300 per session. I also have a small number of sliding-scale spots available at times.
