01.
You've done everything right, and something still feels off
You have a life that looks exactly as it should from the outside. You're capable, dependable, the one everyone leans on.
But underneath it all, something feels distant. You feel strangely detached from yourself. Relationships that should feel close somehow don't. Maybe you can't name exactly what's wrong, but you feel it.
This isn't a sign that something is broken. It's a sign that it's time to come home to yourself.
02.
You’re allowed to want more for yourself
You don't have to have everything figured out before you ask for help. You don't have to keep managing, holding, performing, or waiting for the perfect moment to finally turn toward yourself.
You're allowed to want a life that feels genuinely good. You're allowed to stop abandoning yourself to keep everything else running.
Somatic therapy can help you finally soften into yourself.
03.
This is your threshold
A lot of therapy addresses what’s on the surface. This work goes deeper.
I work with what lives in the body, rises in dreams, and stirs in the quiet moments you can't quite explain. We don't just talk about what’s happening. We follow the body, parts, and patterns underneath.
This is slow, depth-oriented work. Not symptom management or quick fixes. It’s the kind of work that helps you understand what's actually happening when you get triggered, feel at home in yourself again, and show up fully in your own life.

“Having worked with several therapists over the years, I can honestly say there are only a handful who have truly helped me break through my inner walls, and Jill is one of them.”

I'm private pay only, which means your care stays between you and me — no insurance companies involved, required diagnoses, or limits on how long or how deep we go. Individual sessions are $250 and couples sessions are $300. I'm happy to provide a superbill if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Most therapy focuses on what you can understand and articulate. Somatic therapy also works with the body to access what the mind has learned to work around. When we bring the body into the work, we can reach what talking alone often can't. This allows you to process and release what's stored in the body so you can finally exhale.
-
Trauma-informed therapy means I understand that going numb, checking out, and shutting down are meant to keep you safe. We look at these patterns with curiosity and work with them at a pace your nervous system can tolerate.

Individual therapy is for women in midlife who are ready to stop watching their lives from a distance and start living them. We work through the body, explore what's underneath, and move at a pace that honors the reasons you protected yourself in the first place.
-
Teen therapy is for girls navigating the very real work of figuring out who they are. This is a space to slow down, get curious, and discover how to feel at home with yourself.
-
Couples therapy is for those who love each other and have lost something along the way. We work beneath the roles and routines to find what's actually happening and create a healthier path forward.
